We use Northern Commercial Flooring for all our flooring needs in the several condos that we oversee in the busy Liberty Village district of Toronto. Northern Commercial Flooring has serviced our hotel for years now. They are the only company that is able to keep up with our demanding schedule, quality detail and work requirements. Among the work they’ve done, Simon and his team have installed carpet in over 130 rooms so far, as well as supplied and installed over 20,000 sqft of luxury vinyl flooring in various areas of the hotel. They are our go-to company for most renovations.

Northern Commercial Flooring has been doing renovations at the Cambridge Suites hotel since 2005. This included complete room renovations, corridors and public spaces, including plumbing, flooring, and tiling. I understand that they have now expanded their range of services.
